Ginger Miso Dressing:

In a blender add these organic ingredients in this order please.  1-6 Tsp Minced Ginger (depending on how spicy you like it), 1-2 Tbl Sesame Oil, 1 Clove Minced Garlic, 1 Table Spoon Miso Paste (you can buy at ASian Market), 1 Cup Peanut Oil, 1-3 Table Spoon Rice Wine Vinegar, 2 Table Spoon Kikoman Soy Sauce (there is no other better organic or not :), teh bulbs of 8 scallions (reserve the Greenery for Garnish to your dish).  Blend this mixture then add 1 Cup Candy Onion, 1-2 Cups Grated Carrots, 1 cup chopped celery and then spend a moment sending happy thoughts to who ever eats this amaizng dressing.  Blend all and add a touch of water if you need to thin.  Alway remember to never shake your blender for metal shaving will go in your food and you will digest them.  Always turn your blender off and add liquid or stir with spoon and then turn on again until desired consistency.  If you desire more seasoned add more soy sauce.
